such as P35 year end software updates, offsite backups, data security and
complex payroll calculations which should be taken into account when
evaluating the service.

do I choose which company to use?
Ask for evidence of the company trading address and who does the payroll as
inferior providers will often breach the Provision of Services Regulations.
Other claims such as business continuity plans or
software agreements, should ideally comply with high international
standards which are externally audited with certificates.
