We are a small independent company established 1983 providing UK payroll bureau services for small businesses. We specialise in providing a comprehensive service for all types of companies. The processing of payrolls have been one of the main areas receiving attention as many small businesses, such as Architects, Clubs, Veterinary practices, Doctors, Dentists look to out source their non core and time consuming activities.
Our PAYE service is fully managed in-house. All payrolls are processed by fully trained qualified staff on our premises and checked by Institute of Payroll Professionals (IPP) qualified personnel prior to despatch to maintain accuracy. All processing is checked using our own ISO 9001 accredited systems. We value the confidentiality of your data which is why we will never offshore your payroll.

Our mission is to promote customer satisfaction and to provide a better
payroll service to our clients. Systems and procedures have been in
place for many years ensuring compliance with current legislation and
accuracy. We have gone through the rigours of certification for the
ISO 9000
which has been awarded to us in recognition of our Quality Management
Systems. This prestigious award for quality is supported by the
government and recognised worldwide. Every stage of our payroll
processing procedures and our internal systems will be checked by
external auditors each year for compliance.
The award recognises our commitment to exceptional quality of service. With only around 3% of all UK businesses holding this certificate, we are in the forefront of quality service and customer care.
The
Investors In People Award
This has been awarded to us in recognition of our quality in-house training
procedures. Our
mission is to promote customer satisfaction as well as good staff training.
We require all our staff to have a recognised payroll qualification plus
organisation and communication skills. This in turn will provide a
better payroll service to our clients. We have
also developed managerial strategies and training plans in line with the
Investors In People
framework.
Improved efficiency and staff performance can only benefit our customers as
it speeds up the payroll processing with minimal errors. The award
recognises our commitment towards the training and development needs of our
