Payroll Services - Holiday Administration
Advice on our general support pages are free for all viewers. If you are a registered client you can access our dedicated online customer support section using your username and password. If you are not a client and would like to use our services, please register to use our service.
Latest legislation (November 1999) states that all employees are entitled to a minimum of 4 weeks paid holiday. This can include bank holidays. Part timers are paid 4 weeks pro-rata. Casual workers are paid pro-rata based on the average pay for the last 12 weeks worked.
We charge an additional 50p per employee which includes:-

Holiday details shown on the wage slips |

Pro-rata calculations for the holiday year |
Accrued holiday entitlement for the year, days taken and day remain are shown on our demonstration payslip.
