eFiling PAYE
All employers are required to file their Employer Annual Return online which Compupaye has always done since year 2000/2001 when HMRC first launched their Internet service for PAYE.
All our clients at the time received incentives for electronic P35 submissions.
We file the in-year forms such
as starter P46s and leaver P45s as part of our service. We download tax codes, student loans and
notices. Companies that are still filing on paper instead of online
are at risk of incurring penalties.
Electronic Payments
Companies utilise our BACSTEL-IP services avoiding the use of outdated
Faxpay, Payflow, Autopay and Telepay manual paper fax services. We collect our
fees by Direct debit avoiding the need to receive paper cheques or manual bank
transfers.

waste and our carbon footprint. Our current carbon emissions is around 16 tons Co2 per year which we are

joiners/leavers, make amendments and place orders for additional
services via our website.
We have an accounts section where invoices
can be reprinted and statements generated.
Monthly and quarterly Newsletters keeps you fully
informed of changes in legislation and payroll related topics of
interest.
Electronic Payslips Service
In
these modern times, many employees are constantly on the move. We can
provide a service where your employees are emailed the payslip direct.
All we require is your employees email addresses then we will do the rest.
Pay award letters can be generated from our system and enclosed with
each employees wage slips or emailed to each employees mailbox with

Online starter and leaver forms
Since year 2000, we developed an online facility so that joiners can be
submitted online. P45 leaver requests, changes and amendments can
also be made online.
Our self
validating form will automatically insert the employees address,
check NI number and check that you have not missed anything such as
date of birth, tax code, etc.
Many of our customers now prefer to
submit joiners on-line rather than completing and faxing paper based
forms.
When submitted to our servers, our systems automatically checks the
annual rates, monthly rates and weekly hours against the daily hours
given.
