Costs

Our customer services are available to discuss your requirements in more detail before preparing our proposal paying attention to your specific requirements.  We operate a fair pricing system ensuring that larger clients are not subsidising the smaller clients. We work to a high standard and only use HMRC approved accredited payroll software and qualified staff.

Our minimum price is £35.00 per month. A typical service for a small business with approximately 20 staff will be in the region of £70.00+vat per month which includes the following managed payroll service:

  • Your own virtual payroll department with fully qualified staff
  • Setting up the data for all your employees records
  • Audit and parallel run of your existing payroll records
  • Online facility for changes, amendments and variable hours
  • Pre and post-tax payments and deductions
  • Deductions - CTAEO orders, Child support, company loans, season tickets
  • Calculations of pay increases including retrospective backdated pay
  • SSP and SMP/SPP administration
  • Preparation of leaver P45s or joiners P45/P46 or student P38s forms
  • All payroll statutory administration from 6 April this year
  • In-Year P45/P46 submissions using HMRC Secure Mailbox
  • Free online P14/P60 Year End Returns and full reconciliation
  • Submissions of in year and annual returns direct to HMRC
  • BACSTEL-IP Option to submit BACS file direct for all companies

Our price includes everything therefore there are no additional charges for leaver P45, annual returns, online filing of in-year P45/P46 documents or monthly remittance for HM Revenue.  The only additional charge is if your company grows or if you require any of our other additional services such as BACS submissions or emailing payslips directly to your employees email mailboxes.  This function is bound to cost you more if you attempt to process the payrolls yourself in-house or if you use an inferior cheaper provider.
