All year end administration are included in our fees. We automatically prepare and complete your P35, P60s, P38s for students, P38a supplementary returns and P14s submitting them all to The Revenue on your behalf.

Electronic Year End Returns Submissions

We also submit in year forms online such as P45 or P46 for starters and P45 for leavers. We were amongst one of the first bureaus to submit our returns electronically online to HM Revenue & Customs enabling small businesses to earn their incentives. This is an integral part of our service and has been since year 2000.

HMRC will issue warning letters to all companies that don't comply. If you have 50 or more staff, penalties will apply from 6 January 2010 for your in year forms and if your annual return is not electronically filed online, your company is in risk of incurring penalties ranging from £100 - £3,000. Exceptions to this rule are religious groups whose beliefs are incompatible with using electronic communications.

Pension Year Ends

NHS Pension Scheme
We enable you to utilise the NHS Pension Agency e-forms service for electronic cyclic SD55 updating, joiner SS10 and leaver SD502. Visit their website http://www.nhspa.gov.uk

We export SD55 data and submit the SD55 annual returns electronically direct to the NHS Pension Agency. Clients are sent our summary pension report fully reconciled with the GP1 payments made. Manual SD55s are still being prepared for any mid cycle leavers.

Local Government Pension Scheme

We prepare LGPS statements for all employees and we compile and submit the return direct to the pension agency electronically. These reconcile back to the monthly payments made as shown in your Accounting system.
